State Mandate ACA Filing Requirements for 2024
As the congress eliminates the federal individual mandate penalty for individuals who don’t have qualified health insurance coverage. The States begins to implement the individual mandates at the state level. Under the State Individual Mandate, employers must report the offered health coverage information of their employees to the respective state authority.
The following States mandated the ACA Reporting at the first level for this year.

Mandate ICHRA Reporting
ICHRA (Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement) is an employer-sponsored reimbursement plan where employees are allowed to purchase their individual health insurance plan in the marketplace. In turn, the plan reimburses the employee up to their allowance amount to help them cover a portion of their medical costs and/or premiums. These new rules launched in 2020 and are emerging among employers.
